Just thought I'd let you guys know that I installed it on my wife's laptop just the other day. It did have Vista preinstalled on it which drove me and her nuts. Had very little trouble with it with the exception of not being able to install some programs using KPackagekit. Installed Synaptic and everything was great afterwards.
We also had Ubuntu 10.4 on it as well and that was a big flop. I had a very difficult time playing flash and getting the wireless connection going. So it had to go.
Haven't got a network going yet so that her computer can print off of my printer, but that'll be for later. I've never tried networking 2 Kubuntu computers before.
So I've got 10.4 running great on my desktop and my wife's laptop and everyone's happy!
