    Ok.... Weird! wtf

    So was on the internet reading a story about a guy who is auctioning off virgins in Nevada....

    And my system hangs... so "Alt+PrtScreen +R+EI+S+U+B"

    And now i have Ubuntu.... all my kde stuff is on it, all my apps and my AWN dock, but ubuntu panels.

    I thought i read somewhere yesterday on here it couldnt happen...

    Well its happened.


    How to fix?

      But how did you get Kubuntu 10.04? Were you originally running Ubuntu (of some version) and added the KDE Desktop, or ...

        Nope, i was running 9.10 that i installed off a kubuntu cd that the lovely people at canonical had sent me.
        Was a fresh install and a seperate partition.

        I upgraded to 10.04 about a week ago..
