    Installing new local printer

Hi all. I'm trying to get my system to work with a new local printer, an Epson NX110. When I installed my HP printer locally on this machine, I seem to remember that it was basically a matter of automatic detection. When I plug in the epson, I get a notification that says something like "Configuring New Printer" but then nothing else. When I go into the print manager, all I see is the HP and the same is true when I try to print something using the Epson. Am I forgetting how to install a printer or does it sound as though something else is going on?

    Thanks in advance.

Looks like you'll need to install a packaged driver: http://www.openprinting.org/printer/...N10_N11_Series

Get the 32-bit or 64-bit .deb package, and install it with dpkg -i.
