I just loaded yesterdays daily 01/13/09, and have it updated without any issue. Like most everything, it may be hardware related, especially video. I'm using Intel i865 video.

Today also for me first time in a while have been able to run with kde destop. did a clean install of daily 1_13_10 and worked fine so far

Yea!!!! I have been downloading the daily build every couple of days with no luck. Yesterday 13 Jan I downloaded and installed and it worked. Only problem I am having now is the repository for the Nvidia 190 or 195 driver will not work. I have had it working for sometime in Ubuntu Lucid. I have it in correctly but for some reason it just does not work. I don't need it right now so I will be glad to wait until it works. The 185 Driver gives me a black screen of death.

It however will not load on my Dell Studio 1535 with Intel GMA x3100 video. Stops at the KDE login and locks up?? This when trying to boot the live version. I should never even see the login screen. At least I don't get the white screen with colored lines and lock up I get with 9.10 so improving. LOL
