Is knemo not available for kubuntu 16.04?

Searched synaptic for knemo, but found nothing. Is knemo not available for 16.04?

it looks like developer of Knemo has not ported to Kf5, and the old version has been dropped from Debian, and hence *buntu. It may not have a maintainer anymore.
