how to setup Arabic keyboard

Hello,
Can someone please tell me steps to install arabic keyboard on Kubuntu 12.04 (so i will be able to write arabic along with default English)

I have tried to follow steps which is mentioned on http://studiawan.blogspot.in/2011/04...le-arabic.html
i was able to do:
$ sudo apt-get install language-support-ar

but on second setup i got error
$ sudo apt-get install language-support-ar
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package language-support-ar

i have also tried to follow steps which is on https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Arabic
on Kubuntu/KDE section it says go to Systems Settings and then select Regional and language,
i am not able to find Regional & language inside system settings, i tried to search it also on top right search box but i couldn't find it.

can someone please give any other hint or link,
any help is much appreciated, thanks in advance.

it resolved for me, clicking on K start --> on Search space i typed keyboard, selecting first option keyboard settings on layout tab i can add new languages support.
