Why is it not in Discover? It is an option in Ubuntu. It seems that the only way I can get it is in a tarball. On moral principle, I use anything Google as little as possible, but Vivaldi is a version of Chromium, designed in Sweden by the former owners of Opera, devoted to more privacy and less commerce.
