Apport / Error Icons

Hi! Been trying to change my apport, crash icons for my tray. I tried placing the image in my plasma desktop theme as apport.svgz and that appears to work sometimes but I also get two other icons for errors as well and i am curious what i need to name the icon in the plasma icons directory for all these (different?) types of errors. Theres a picture attached showing 2 of the icons for errors i wish to change. Thanks!

Solved. In my icon theme, for the frowning face, under actions for 22 24 and 32, the file tools-report-bug.svg

For the Paint/Water splatter, the files are located in the hicolor icon theme /usr/share/icons/hicolor/
