Connecting to Samba and NFS shares

In another post I asked about how to create the fstab entries for partitions. I now have the same question for NFS and Samba shares. Is there a user interface around for creating those fstab entries?

i can give u a link that will help you manually create them for nfs.
check out the static mounts in the client section if you plan to have them mount on boot, if not have a look at the automounter section right above it.

and samba can be accessed at anytime no need to mount it ... just browse to it as you would in windows but instead of using \\<name or ip> (the explorer way) you instead use smb://<name or ip> (the linux way)
you can also browse them w/ dolphin.. but u mostly only will c things in "workgroup", and for some reason w/ my samba server (thats an ubuntu box) it can't browse to it but @ work w/ the server(s) are a windows xp boxes and i can browse the samba network with kubuntu.
