Can anyone tell me the proper way to enable the network connection ? I created a fixed IP profile but it won't activate, I've to delete it, recreate it, reboot few times and hopefully it will activate, I don't see anything I've done wrong, it just won't work the first try.

The CODE tag displays all content as plain text, including the formatting tags, making it difficult to read.
