    Startup programs - disabling them

    Good morning

I would like to manage what programs start automatically when I start my computer. Specifically I want to turn off rclone which starts 4 instances.

In Ubuntu there is a startup manager. But I can't find it in kubuntu.

    1. Is there an inbuilt startup manager in kubuntu?
    2. If not is there one that I can download and which works with kubuntu?

    I am running kubuntu 19.04

    Many thanks

    Bob

Look in System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Background Services

You may also want to look in System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Autostart

Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007.
