Since years I'm using webdav/webdisk as my main 'Cloud' solution.
The disk is with my excellent provider xs4all.nl (of $cientology fame) and as such it is quite safe from uninvited 'guest' .
Recently I improved the password for my webdisk share and then found out Dolphin could no longer access it, the same problem with Konqueror.
I was asked for a username and password but could not get a connection with the message 'this account does not exist' (or similar).
I could access it as read-only via https in a browser but missed the upload facility.
Originally I thought there was a link with the hotel network I was on but yesterday after I got home I was confronted with the same problem.
The problem and solution were found in KWallet, apparently it does not take friendly to password changes.
After deleting the Dolphin Webdisk entry I was again asked for a user and password but now they were accepted and I again have access.
