If you are using hplip for printing, the big beta update may break it.
It doesn't actually break the program, but it fails to install all of the necessary symlinks in /usr/bin to make it work.
Suggestion: before you do the update, make a list of the /usr/bin/hp-* symbolic links, so that you can manually restore them after the update. Once I did that, everything worked fine.
I also notice the update removed amarok, due to an earlier version of amarok-common being in the repositories for some reason. I imagine this will get fixed eventually.
