Hello ,
I have an acer aspire 5584 with snd-hda-intel sound card alc883 mixer.
And kubuntu fiesty fawn with a 2.6.20-16-generic kernel on it..
It is a generic problem with this sound card that headphones may go off sometimes. and after a suspend they come back..
I realised that after i suspend the machine and took it back i lose all my terminals which we reach with a
ctrl+ alt + f1-6
i looked at the /etc dir and couldn't find an inittab file..
do someone know where kubuntu handles inittab functions and why my terminals go to abyss after a suspend?
