Here's the fun part: this is the drive that ran the Live DVD & installed Fiesty, but once the OS installed it only shows up as a CDROM drive! I had no problem with this drive under Linspire, UBUNTU 7.04, Mandriva 2007, or WinXP Pro. They all installed it without hesitation. Any ideas?
