getting TV-Out to wirk with i810 driver

Hi, I have installed kubuntu in my laptop, a HP dv4100 series and every thing is working fine, but I can not get my TV Out port to work, it does not work with X and does not work in console too
when I press FN+F4 the television screen just flashes (with nothing understandable) and nothing more happens ...
And I can only use an external monitor to work if I start the computer with it already attached too ...
When I was using windows XP I pressed FN+F4 and it switched from LCD to external, both, and back (the external being a VGA display or the TV out)

how can I make kubuntu work the same way?

my xorg.conf created by the installer is bellow.
    Thanks for any help ...
    Code:
    # /etc/X11/xorg.conf (xorg X Window System server configuration file)
    #
    # This file was generated by dexconf, the Debian X Configuration tool, using
    # values from the debconf database.
    #
    # Edit this file with caution, and see the /etc/X11/xorg.conf manual page.
    # (Type "man /etc/X11/xorg.conf" at the shell prompt.)
    #
    # This file is automatically updated on xserver-xorg package upgrades *only*
    # if it has not been modified since the last upgrade of the xserver-xorg
    # package.
    #
    # If you have edited this file but would like it to be automatically updated
    # again, run the following command:
    # sudo dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg
