So, what does running apt full-upgrade show for errors? These will give a better report of what the actual dependency problems are.

Possibly try sudo apt update and then sudo apt upgrade - 'upgrade' often sorts out problems before using sudo apt full-upgrade to get everything done. Generally always worked for me!

can not upgrade to 19.10 do to unmet dependancies

The following packages have unmet dependancies:
    Code:
    nvidia-settings/disco 440.26-0ubuntu0~gpu19.04.1 amd64 [upgradable from: 418.56-0ubuntu1]
    nvidia-settings/disco,now 418.56-0ubuntu1 amd64 [installed,upgradable to: 440.26-0ubuntu0~gpu19.04.1]
    When executing:
    Code:
    sudo do-release-upgrade -m desktop
I get: [#]Checking for a new Ubuntu release
Please install all available updates for your release before upgrading.[/#]
Muon says that some updates have unmet dependancies and could not be marked.
