It would be extremely difficult to install Kubuntu 16.04 under Hyper-V unless the "crash" of Plasmashell is fixed in the .ISO Install file. I have opened KDE Bug 361200 against KDE Plasmashell and asked if someone with a different environment could try installing under Hyper-V. This problem only occurs for me under Hyper-V and only with the 16.04 Beta 2 .ISO file. If it occurs for everyone installing under Hyper-V, please try to get the fix included in the initial .ISO file. Thank you,
- If you have copied text output that contains formatting (colors, highlighting, etc.), please do not enclose it in QUOTE or CODE tags. Just right-click your mouse and choose "Paste Without Formatting" or similar (Paste as plain text).
