I wondered if anyone could help with solving this issue with KTorrent. When I use the search window in KTorrent I can easily add torrent files if these have the .torrent extension. For magnet links, however, nothing happens if I click on them. Is there any way to fix this and make KTorrent to add magnet links from its own search window? It is working for me from external applications (Firefox, Chromium) only KTorrent is a problem. A workaround for now is copying the URL of the magnet link and adding it manually but that is certainly not the best way. Any help would be appreciated.
- If you have copied text output that contains formatting (colors, highlighting, etc.), please do not enclose it in QUOTE or CODE tags. Just right-click your mouse and choose "Paste Without Formatting" or similar (Paste as plain text).
