Akonadi protocol resource mismatch after 4.6 RC1 install

I have a problem after a bit of a catastrophic upgrade to KDE RC1 last night. So I would love to force a re-install of KDE PIM and all it's components so that I am sure that everything fits together.

Is there such a command that I can run?
