Adjust the fonts in system messages

How do I adjust the fonts in system messages (the ones who pops up whwn something happens)?

I have been looking in the section for programs appearance, but I can't find which font to adjust.

If the dialog is generated by a process running as root, then you can adjust root's fonts by running System Settings with elevated privileges. Press [Alt]+[F2] and enter kdesudo systemsettings.
