Flash in Fireofx 3.6.7 playback very fast

In youtoub an other site like it I noticed that flash plays very fast.

What can I do?

The first and most obvious thing to try is to "completely remove" flash (all of them with "flash" in their name) and the install "flashplugin-installer".
