View Full Version : not able to make initrd.img for 2.6.15 on hardy heron

I'm running hardy heron and want to run 2.6.15 kernel.
got the source and ubuntu patches, made and installed the kernel but when I try and create the
initrd image. I get a whole bunch of errors

if u want - u can compile a kernel from kernel.org - the official site - see my site ubuntu/kubuntu gatherings, etc.. for more info.

(i had trouble with 2.6.25.6, etc.. so if u do use 2.6.24.7)
