Pop-up box contrast

Stumped again, on something simple. I'm using font manager to cut down on overhead, but whenever I hover over one of the action buttons, the pop-up information box comes up with white text on a very light gray background and so is unreadable. I've horsed around in Settings/Colors, but without success. How do I change the color of the print? Thanks for the help.

in system settings colors , it will open to the color scheme you are currently using so just go to "Edit Scheme" and scroll down to "tooltip text" or "background" and click the color box to change.

don't forget to click apply
