As of 6/3/20, their website does not offer the selection of Linux as an OS when customizing, and no offerings are shown which have Linux preinstalled... yet.

Dell has seen the handwriting on the wall and now has SEVEN offerings with Linux preloaded:
      https://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop...p/linuxsystems
BUT, they are all for "work" machines. You have to check the "Work" button to see them. None are available for "home" use.

Ignoring Chromebooks, and NOT including DELL, there are at least 16 vendors where you can purchase hardware with Linux preloaded.
      https://www.cyberciti.biz/hardware/l...-or-preloaded/

HP offers laptops with Ubuntu preinstalled.

I couldn't find any Linux offerings for Acer, Toshiba or, of course, Apple
So, half of the six world-wide OEMs for laptops are now, or soon will be, offering Linux to their purchasers.

Well I found this by using filters
        https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/d/desktops?IPromoID=LEN928333&sort=price-asc&currentResultsLayoutType=grid&visibleDatas=fac et_OperatingSystem:Operating%20System:Linux

I know, a thin client does not really count
Often, depending on what is in stock in one's country, the time of day, or when the moons align over lenovo's store servers, one can find listings for items without OS installed.

Lenovo has long had a separate Linux section on its support forums, which is often actually useful, and not just thinkpad-focused
They don't seem to shoo non-Windows users away like others have, at least historically. I think this is getting better, though, on places like HP's forums, from my admittedly minimal usage.

But decision-makers are often corrupt. Were merit alone the consideration, use of GNU/Linux would be much more.
