[SOLVED] After latest kernel update kdeinit5 PID 3.077 Signal Bus error

After the latest kernel update (5.4.0-21) I get a repeating error kdeinit5 PID: 3.077 Signal: Bus error (7)

The rest of the error is:

Application: kdeinit5 (kdeinit5), signal: Bus error

    Using host libthread_db library "/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libthread_db.so.1".
    [Inferior 1 (process 3077) detached]

And I get the message kdeinit does not have an address for reporting this.

Also, only the first few minutes after logging in I can send mail (Thunderbird), the message is can't write to temp file.

Logging in with the previous kernel (5.4.0-18) does not help so I really wonder where the problem lies.

    Duh!

Even starting up became a problem, then I found out the root partition had no free space left...
The Clean option of Grub solved the problem.
