    Smaller properties box after update

I had posted this question before the crash but I did not make a copy of the answer and now it's gone.
    It went something like this...

After a recent update, when I right click on a bookmark and select "Properties" I get a very small properties box and have to drag it out to see the entire location.
I have tried to figure out how to make it give me a larger box, but have had no luck.
It did not use to be this way.

Is there a way to set the properties box to either be a set larger size or self adjusting to encompass all of the location line automatically?

    Thanks
    G

Can the person that gave me the answer give it to me again?
    Thanks again

Even though you said "I don't have a small triangle.", did you attempt to left-click (as the responder specified) in the specified area to see if a dialog window appears?

Yes (I just noticed that was a question I asked at the firefox forum)
I have been trying the fix as best as I can remember but it's not working the way I am doing it.

You could try deleting the Firefox cache directory contents. The cache is located in the .cache directory in your users /home directory:

        /home/username/.cache/mozilla/firefox

There may be one or more directories there. Issuing the command: rm -R nameofdirectory will remove that directory and its contents. Make sure that Firefox isn't running! Firefox will rebuild the directory when you relaunch it. Doing this, you might loose your bookmarks; I don't remember; so be prepared.

          From memory,

          open the properties window
          right-click on the title bar
          choose more actions
          choose special window settings

          in the new window,
click on the Size & Position tab
          and set the dimensions there.

In that case, try Meta+Up or Meta+Down to resize the properties box to occupy the top/bottom half of your screen.
