I think this is what you are looking for.

Along with the above, see: https://userbase.kde.org/Plasma/Crea...d_Feel_Package

I'm hoping that Rog131 (or one of his other nom de plumes) will chime in on this: Rog, are you listening?

I downloaded plasma-sdk on my Kubuntu 20.04 installation and gave it a go, but the screens there don't look like those Rog131 included in his posts. The other thing is that the app opens indicating it's on readonly mode, so....

Right, this would be exactly what I need. I did the same (19.10), and it doesn't seem to be responding to "Layout from current plasma setup", so I'll wait to hear from Rog.

      Thanks for the tip.

FYI - I just tried the lookandfeelexplorer, chose new theme, then save from current layout, and it most definitely did NOT save anything from the current layout. Must be more to it than the obvious.

Just to say that my neon Testing is still losing desktop settings.
Once every few days, and totally randomly.
At boot, all wallpapers are gone, and so is the analog clock.

Also just to say that in my case it's easier to just reset the wallpaper directory to the xplanet one and restore, resize and move the clock, than restore anything from backup.
I just wished it stopped doing it
