Flickering when clicking Add a new language in Languages settings

    Hello.

I've installed Kubuntu 19.10, updated it, and added backports PPA (for newer Plasma version).

It seems to be working fine except for one thing. When I click "Add a new language" button in "Languages" (Settings) the "Add..." window starts flickering wildly.

    You can see it here

If I resize "Settings" window to anything but full-screen then flickering stops.

Kubuntu is running on an all-in-one PC (i3 with Intel HD Graphics 530, 16GB RAM)

Any tips would be much appreciated.

    Cheers!

When I have a problem like this I usually first disable/change the compositor settings to see if it persists. With that some of the transparency effects might not work though. Will see if I can reproduce this on Intel HD 630

here is my inxi output if it helps

I tried disabling composition, switching to xrender, trying opengl 2.0 and 3.0 but it hasn't helped.

I also tried using different 20-intel.conf configs but alas to no avail.
