Konsole starts displaying my actions automatically

I have clicked something when rummaging through my open windows that caused a process to start called wine browser (or something to that effect) which I could most easily stop by a restart. Since the restart I find that if I do something it is reported in my Konsole window. The following just appeared in my konsole window when I played a video, although the problem is not confined to this activity. This is the total output and it does not close. To regain the prompt I need to CTRL-C.

I have no idea what I clicked but does anyone recognise this output and how the hell I can stop it happening?
