Dolphin's context menu when right-clicking on a blank area

    [SOLVED] Dolphin's context menu when right-clicking on a blank area

    This is in Kubuntu 19.10 with kubuntu-backports ppa and fully updated >>> Dolphin 19.08.3.

    When I right-click in a blank area in the main pane, for example just below "Properties" in the image below, I see the following context menu. Many of the choices don't seem meaningful, including Gwenview being offered in the Open with option:

    Well, if you click on a "blank" area, I assume Dolphin assumes ;·) you mean an action on the current directory.
    So Gwenview makes (some) sense.

    I also get my (other) file manager as a choice:

      My guess is Gwenview is capable of opening a folder so it's in the "Folder actions" list. Makes sense in a way: You have a folder full of folders of pics like I do, you may want to open the entire folder for selecting.
