[CONFIGURATION] No more RED Root Folder In Places/Dolphin-Kununtu 19.10

    Hi,
I need to access the, Red Root folder that was normally located in places-dolphin, so that I may access the ,etc folder.
I need to update the IP settings in imagescan. I did a clean install of Kubuntu 19.10 on my computer.
Is there another way of accessing the root-etc folder? I tried ,view and then clicked on ,hidden files and it did not show
the root folder under ,Places, in Dolphin.
    Thanks

Look at this post to see if somehow the Root entry in the Places sidebar has been hidden somehow
    https://www.kubuntuforums.net/showth...er-in-Dolphin?

In the meantime, Have you tried entering "/" in the location bar just above the directory window? If you click on the location you are currently in (Like Home , or Downloads for example, whatever Dolphin is opened at), you should get a full address bar, where you can manually enter a location, like "/etc" and the like.
