Next LTS - Kubuntu 20.04 LTS 64Bit Feature List?

Currently running Kubuntu 18.04.3 LTS 64Bit on my mission critical development desktop...
Is there a feature list yet for the next LTS (20.04)?

You might want to wait at least until 19.10 is out.
