[KDE] Clearing 'recent documents' when session ends

The options on the System Settings > Workspace > Activities > Privacy tab are limited. How can I clear the "remembered" files/documents at the end of a user's login session?

If you right-click on a recent document, you get a "forget all" option.
Sadly that will clear recent applications too.
But you also get a "forget document" one for single ones...

You can do the same for "clipboard contents", except it's not right-click, the "global" one is next to Search.
