ZuluCrypt not working on Kubuntu 19.04

ZuluCrypt, program used to manage crypted partitions and disk is not working. It used to work flawlessly in Kubuntu 18.10.

In the meantime he does link to dev builds that include 19.04 packages HERE

But not for Ubuntu. There is for Debian and xUbuntu.

xUbunutu means the same as "*buntu", not Xubuntu
