[PLASMA 5] Plasma 5.15.1 arrives in Cosmic backports PPA

Hello

I followed the instructions and added Back-ports so I could get the latest Plasma.

I ran the full upgrade etc..

Downloaded aver 150mb worth of stuff it installed I then rebooted but it still says I am running 5.12.7

Have I done something wrong

That it's available in Cosmic (18.10) doesn't mean it's available in Bionic (18.04).
