After installing Nvidia drivers, while these drivers have resolved majority of the lag issues in browsers, there are some screen tearing issues. How do I fix this issue?

SOLVED:
`sudo su`
`nvidia-settings --assign CurrentMetaMode="nvidia-auto-select +0+0 { ForceFullCompositionPipeline`= On }"`
That will fix everything. -

I'm glad that you were able to resolve things, I'm not much of a CLI kind of guy so I generally stomp around trying all of the rendering options and take two hours to get anything done.
