    The folder is in /usr/local/bin. Can it be deleted , there might be permission problems

      Well, /usr/local/bin is owned by root so I guess there would be permission problems.

      I'll leave you to figure out how to do that, I'm sure it shouldn't be too difficult for you. Maybe you'll learn something.
