    Alpine Linux and Postfix?

Does anyone know if Alpine and Postfix play well together? Thanks.

Wow that was fast! GG, if you know, does setting up Postfix through Synaptic follow the setup instructions on the link you sent me? TVM

I've never used Alpine or Postfix so I can't tell you from experience. I only know what I DuckDuckGo.

If you check out the details for postfix in the repository you'll notice that Canonical provides updates and patches for it, so I would wager that it has been adjusted to properly install in Ubuntu/Bionic. Also, the postfix docs should be installed and read. Also note that Canonical does NOT supply updates for Alpine, but the community may. I suspect that things will run right if you follow the directions given in that link.
