change region for daily Bing wallpaper?

I use the daily Bing wallpaper across 3 computers and phone. Elsewhere my region is set to 'worldwide.' Kubuntu 18.04 has an automatic setting to change daily Bing wallpapers but it seems to be set to 'UK' region. Is there a way I can change that setting to 'Worldwide?'

is downloading the image information from:

https://www.bing.com/HPImageArchive.aspx?format=js&idx=0&n=1

and then downloading the image...
