    WiFi group rekeying causes connection loss

    Hello everyone!

    Recently I decided to upgrade from 17.04 to 17.10 and right after an update got an issue with internet connection. After every (or almost every) WPA rekeying which happens every 10 minutes I experience connection loss: no web pages loading, no ping packets receiving. Typical log picture is
    Code:
    [FONT=monospace]Jan 26 17:29:08 STEP-XPS wpa_supplicant[906]: wlp58s0: WPA: Group rekeying completed with 00:26:ca:23:5d:47 [GTK=TKIP]

    and messages about degraded feature set keep popping out until I reconnect to the network. WiFi network is a university network so I can't access any router settings. Windows 10 which I have in dual boot works fine with the same network. Can anyone explain what happens and how to fix it?
