Rendering letters in launcher and network panel

Hello everyone. I have to start by saying that the problem that brings me here has happened to me with all the distros with Plama that I have tried. See if I can explain myself well. When I scroll with the mouse wheel the letters break, when I use the scroll bar all right. This also happens in the default launcher, but not in the two alternate ones. I leave you a sample gift. My pc: FX-8320, GTX970 nvidia 381.22, MSI 990FXA Gamming.

What Desktop Theme are you using?

Visual aspect and desktop theme Brisa. This bug is with any theme and visual appearance and icons. As a fact has also happened with all the distros I have tried previously with desktop Plasma 5x.
