Posting restriction enabled for Help the New Guy

I've activated a MOD that has been configured for Help the New Guy forum that prevents new threads from being created by members who have more than 50 posts (the currently set maximum post limit).

This action was taken because it (Help the New Guy) gets overused by 'established' members; members who, based on the number of posts they have made, really aren't "new guys" anymore; who should be using one of the more specific forums we have. Yes, some may feel that they still are (new guys), but Help the New Guy was intended for those who had just come over to Kubunu Linux without any previous Linux experience and really don't know what the cause of their problem is (and therefore, not sure which specific forums to use).

When a member with more than 50 posts enters Help the New Guy forum they will be presented with this banner message:

Well, the image isn't as good as I'd like, but...

The message displayed is "Due to your post count you may no longer create new threads here. Please select a topic specific forum." Also note the absence of the Post New Thread button which is what prevents new threads from being created. However, all members are still able to access, read, and reply to any thread in Help the New Guy regardless of their post count.
