networkerror [203]

Hi,

When I try to get new themes from the system settings dialogue, no themes are retrieved and I always get a "networkerror (203)" message.
The same goes with any new stuff I try to get from the system settings application.
My networkconnection is fine as I can browse the internet and all other networkapplications work.

This bug seems to affect some but not all people, and has a few reports, but no fix

I haven't seen this error in a long time myself.

I've found that closing the themes dialogue box, then immediately re-opening it usually results in the themes being displayed second time. Installation works fine from there.

No this doesn't work for me. I also tried installing kio but apt-get said it was already the newest version.
