Two bitTorrent downloads of 14.10 32 bit; neither MD5-checksums correctly

According to http://www.kubuntu.org/getkubuntu, the MD3 checksum should be:
    b593d404073e88a5229c37b90b54474f8b2245875a75ced1ad 1585a7b8ab2bab

For each download I get this:
    8ca25b3615b99db22ec79b63daa5a3c1
(using checksum calculator built-in to K3b).

Can any one make any sense of this? (I'm now trying the regular download, but is there's a problem with the other, it surely should be fixed, yes?)

    Thanks!

    That isn't an MD5 checksum. It's a SHA256 sum.
    MD5 Sums

Before writing an image to DVD or USB drive, it is highly recommended that you verify the SHA256 sum (hash) of the ISO file. For instructions, please see HowToSHA256SUM.
Below is a list of SHA256 sums to check with your downloaded file:

Oh dear. Hmmm. Well, when I only do this every 6 months, I never get very good at it do I. Apparently not.

And so I stumble forward. Hopefully. Thanks for the help, yet again.

UPDATE: File's good. Cleared for takeoff. Lord, I sure hope someone put gas in this thing....

I'll agree, that heading it as MD5 Sums isn't the best.
