Bluetooth can't find devices and can't be visible

Until yesterday, Bluetooth from Kubuntu worked fine and I was able to send or receive files from other devices. But from today, maybe after upgrading some system features, Bluetooth stopped working properly.

From now, 'kubuntu-0' BT device name can't be found by other devices even configuring the visibility from the KDE Bluetooth control panel. Also, if I try to send any file from my laptop to any device via Bluetooth, this happens:

It says that file transfer has finished, but it doesn't send anything, and the paired device didn't receive any file.

I tried resetting the hci0 adapter and it keeps saying that Bluetooth is enabled and it's working fine, but the device continues without visibility and I'm not longer able to send or receive files via Bluetooth.

    Maybe it's an annoying bug?
