    Java on Chromium

Hi everyone, It's been a while that I have asked for help. But I need this one.

I have a need to use Java with chromium or Firefox. But it is not working for me. So I made some research, and noticed that we have to manually configure java now, like this: https://www.java.com/en/download/hel...ser_ubuntu.xml. Sadly I cannot find the libnpjp2.so file any where.

Any Idea How to get Java on Kubuntu 12.04 Chromium or Firefox?

install the icedtea-6(or 7)-plugin and it will pull in the rest of java , that is openjdk .

Dude, thank you so much. I believe that plug in should have been included with the installation. But that did the trick. Thanks again. Kudos to you.
