    No mouse

I had a power outage during a software update and now the mouse is not responding at all. I assume something got corrupted (the mouse still works if I boot into a different OS). Could anybody advise me how to fix this? In case it matters, it's a wireless mouse and keyboard on a USB, and the keyboard still works.

    Thanks in advance,

    Tim

It's ok -- sudo apt-get update fixed it. Well, sudu apt-get update failed, but with a helpful error message that gave me the right incantation to tell kpmg to fix it.
