    No sound, using Audigy2 card

    Hi All,

    i get no sound, It worked after I first installed Kubuntu and no upgrades had been done,
    now after upgrading the kernel i get nothing, when I flip "Audigy Analog/digital output jack" in kmix
    I get static in the speakers.
    Is there som special driver I should download. Or am I missing a setting somewhere?
    I looked at alsamixer but nothing seems to be wrong there.

    I have the same problem with my Audigy card as soon as I start the liveCD 7.04 continous background noise (no problem with 6.10). This also happens with PClinuxos 2007
    Please someone help us
