Audio Loss In Some Apps When Multiple Apps Are Using OS's Audio?

Hi,

Running current Kubuntu 12.04 LTS 64Bit final.

Got my system fully operational, but I am noticing audio problems.

An example:
When running current VirtualBox with a Windows(R) XP guest
it kills audio of another application that is running (ZSNES emulator)?
(if I completely close VirtualBox and ZSNES and then rerun ZSNES then its audio works)

This was not an issue on last Kubuntu 11.10 64Bit.

Anyone know how to fix this?
